Hello,

My name is David Duncan.  My wife's name is Margaret.  We have three grown children (Aaron, Christopher, and Natosha), plus two grandchildren (Ethan and Makayla)!   Some of the activities I enjoy are food, reading, writing, classic movies, golf, hunting (Archery) and fishing.  Of all my personal hobbies, I enjoy writing the most.   Recent works have been articles written on communication tips for a good friend's e-zine.   Also, I have been working on three novels, with one ready for publishing.   I invite you to visit the links I included here to enjoy some of my writing.  I also welcome your feedback as well.

As for a career,  I have been in foodservice for the past twenty-five years, taking five years off during the mid-90's to gain a Bachelor's Degree in Non-Profit Administration, then returning to the Hospitality Industry.   My current position is as a Chef for a contracted foodservice vendor, providing service to a large manufacturing company.   My plans are to eventually retire from foodservice to enjoy writing full-time.  If you share an enjoyment for writing or any other hobby I have mentioned here, then I invite you to send me an friendship invitation and let's get to know each other better.
