I am a retired Electronics Engineer.  You are probably not old enough to remember this but when Walter C was making all the fuss about the Color Scan Converter, that was my project.  The color scan converter converted the black & white picture we got from the Moon to Broadcast Television Standards.  The first pictures we got from space were form a black and white camera with a color (Red, Green & Blue) rotating filter in front of it.  The time track was so bad the the Broadcast industry would not accept the video.  I was the cognisent Engineer that put the half million dollars worth of equipment togeter to correct the timing and put the color picture back together.  I worked for Ford Aerospace and the Johnson Space Center in Houston.
