About Me
| |
|
I am a Pacific Northwesterner, from a small town north of Seattle on Puget Sound. It is an area of extreme beauty and I go to the beach, in the center of old town, almost every day, to look at the birds and watch the dogs pulling their people along the shore. The Cascade Mountains are on the other side of the water, and I often get on the ferry to ride across to let the wind "blow the cobwebs out" of my brain. It is invigorating and refreshing and gives me a better perspective on things. The ferry ride across to Whidby Island, the longest island in the United States, is the cheapest form of therapy I know with real results I can feel, and in short order.
Natural creation is what saves me over and again against the stresses of life. I look to nature and to God for all of my challenges, and try to remain grateful for all of the blessings that are in my life.
