Tom Likes, the one with the grey hair. The other handsome young man is my son, Hillary.
I've had a dream since college of building a self-sufficient home in the mountains, and earning a living from my home!
You see, when I was a kid, my parents took me to summer camp high up in the Colorado Rockies every summer. Ever since then I've loved the mountains. I would read every book I could get my hands on about mountain climbers, and when I read Conquest of Everest, the story of Sir Edmond Hillary's successful Climb to Top of the World my thinking was changed forever! To understand what it took physically and mentally to accomplish that goal just blew me away. For me, it was a statement of how much "man" could accomplish even when everything was against him! No matter how tough the going gets, the tough can still Climb to the Top!
I realized years ago that the only way to achieve my Dream was to have my own business. When I was first introduced to the Network Marketing concept, I saw immediately that it could get me where I wanted to go!
Well, I've been attempting Network Marketing off and on for the last 10 years. I say "attempting" because I've never been able to generate the income that I knew the business could produce. I've done it all - 3-ways with my upline, hotel meetings, in-home presentations, cold calling - you name it, I've done it! And all I've generated is frustration!
Fast forward a few years, and I was still working a J(ust) O(ver) B(roke). I have no savings, no retirement plan, and realize that a job is never going to get me to the mountains!
So, a couple years ago I began searching for a way to make a living online. Since I was working full-time as a "Copier Guy" to stay "Just Over Broke", I could only devote a couple hours in the evenings.
After Fumbling, Bumbling, and Stumbling around the Internet for 18 months, and throwing THOUSANDS of DOLLARS at every Scheme and Scam that insisted I couldn't lose, I slowly began to sift through it all and Discover who the TRUE INTERNET "GURUS" are!
