One way of doing this is by making your greetings and or welcomes without adding on to what you have to offer, it defeats the purpose of your heartfelt greeting,comment and or welcomes. 	Morning THomas, I agree, it feels like a slap in the face when you get a Thank You, Congratulations, etc backed up by an Ad! They don't realise their Ad is like saying -"I Don't know what I'm doing and therefore cannot help you achieve Success" They'll learn , sooner or later.
