I didn't know you were a chef, but I knew you're a very intuitive poet!  You could challenge Gordon Ramsay to a "sensitive chef" contest, you'd win, of course!  I'm glad to see you here as a POTW!  Did you tell all your brothers and sisters?  We need to share our online importance with the real world.
