	Hi Stephen, Thank you for starting this forum. You are a great leader also, I can see that you have a lot of followers and that they see you as a MENTOR. They are right to do so. I believe that as a person you can never know enough, and that Wisdom is a powerful thing...So never stop on your quest for knowledge. Although I am a Mentor, That dose not mean that I have stopped on my quest for knowledge. In fact it has driven me more towards learning.
