If you use drop-down menus on your pages,
be sure to include actual HTML links to
the interior pages of your website as well.

If you just rely on your drop-down menus to
direct the Search Engine spiders to the other
pages on your site, you just might be very
disappointed when the pages aren't indexed.

Excellent tip and often overlooked are internal links to your site and even pic tags should be hard coded with the full url as well, in my personal opinion.
