Yes, in March the new summer, in fact spring - the beginning of updating of the nature when the sun inflames brightly and joyfully began in Russia. And then the most tasty week of year - the Pancake week begins. Today is the last day of Pancake week in Russia

	Hello Lydia :-) Interesting! I knew nothing about Pancakes Week!?! I've never seen so thick pancakes as Joe posted! Wow! My grandma' used to do also something like this: Now, my father, my son or my husband make pancakes rolled with chocolate, gem, sweet cheese, or what ever our imagination dreams! Usually they look like this: Wow, this thread works on my appetite lol I have to go and deal with it! Have a wonderful week, Anamaria
