Good going everybody! We've almost got everyone set up, so now it's time to get the temp members together and get them buzzing along with us.

I'd like to see everyone getting their viral ads set up as well. This is the part that will get the hive ads in the viral bar and saturate it so that we'll be seeing our ads whenever we load a viral url page. But first I'd like to see all the temp members getting up to speed and getting with us on skype so we can coach them.

I have most of their skype ids and can contact them and find out if they're following along with this. If they want to be active and possibly become full members later on they'll work with us and get set up, if not, oh well... I'm willing to take time out of my day and work with anyone who wants to work, and like the old saying goes, you don't work, you don't eat. It's that simple.

Temp members need to start posting here. Those who are we know you and we know you're trying. When you sign up for this you read the part about your activity being required in this forum. If you don't keep in touch how can we help you?

We have the ability to help make good marketers out of people who have never made a dime online. But it takes everyone working together as a team. So far I'm very pleased with the ones who are showing themselves as being able to do the tasks. But those who aren't posting and aren't following along will not be made full members and will not share in the profits.

It isn't fair to those who are working hard to make this happen for everyone.
Those who have the money to invest in this are investing it for everyone. Not themselves. Those who have the ability to write or build web pages are doing it for everyone, not themselves. So those of us who don't have the abilities and don't have the money can earn a percentage even though we can only do a small amount. I think asking people to simply keep in touch and let us know if you need help is very fair and can help you to profit just like the ones who are doing a lot of the work.

So the least they can do is show up.

If they can't do that I think we should just vote them OFF the team.

This is exacly what is Happening with the Team.
Those who Take the Time to be active here in this Main Forum will benefit with us.Believe it or not we have earned  and will continue earning we can't fail.
The way i see it there is no way we can fail.We can have members come and go slackers will leave non intersted will wonder off in working solo again.In the end with the solid members we do have now  with our plan of attack we profit many times more that working alone even if we share off the earnings.

We have most menbers with the VURL I know many do the Traffic exchanges where they can place there oun personal V Url .

We Have plans that will Blow our Hive Members away once we Post our Next project we have several.This is Right on Top Priorty in the list to start up.

BUT FIRST Those VURL because very soon you'll be making another HIVE Business URL Started Be US Run BY us Traffic First Faze BY us and it will snowball earnings into Hive Funds Shared By us.

I adlandpro messaged all the Temps about the Vurl.So everyone is aware of it.Please If you Full members Chat with any of the Temps let them know that they need to get this Vurl Done asap.
