It's exciting to see so many active members participating now.

One thing I found is that a few of the temp members are either losing their way to the forum because they don't have notifications on so they're not getting the emails from the hive team forum or they just dont' understand what's expected and think they have to do more than is required so they get overwhelmed.

Those of us who are full members should be taking the temps under our wings and helping them. Contact them if they're not active and show them how to get to the forum. Show them how to bookmark it if they don't know how. Do whatever it takes to get them in here. If they're just not interested they will let us know. But if they are, they will want to be active once they see what we're doing and how much we can help them to be better marketers.

Also if you recruit someone who isn't a member of Adland Pro you can either send them your Adland Pro custom page or feel free to direct them to my Adland Pro video that teaches them how to set up their profile more efficiently.

Also everyone needs to have a skype id so we can all stay in communication and you need to turn on your skype when you come online. If we can't get ahold of you quickly to let you know when things change, you'll be in a dark and that's not good. All managers are on skype and we can help you any time you need it. So feel free to contact us and make sure you have added our id to your skype.

I beg to differ I have placed all my  information on both this forum and the join the hive team .. NOT ONE OF THE NEWBEES have seen fit to contact me . !!!

I am not going to play hold your hand .. we ask what you can do and what you are good at in the forum "join the team ",forum. If someone don't ask we can't help and if they are just starting out than they should say so .. in the forum.

 I don't mind helping anyone they want to learn, but I am not holding anyone's hand if they aren't at least interested in learning in the first place!!

I am so glad you helped me get this one done! no kidding!  To ALL who are in the HIVE you have to do this or you are OUT... this is the main artery for all our sites.  This simplifies our team work in a huge way.

ALSO, it is very important that you can get on skype and contact one of the managers.
