	Hi Geketa CONGRATS ON YOUR FLYING RHINO AWARD!!! I will be sure to try to listen to you and Carla Talk about positive thinking it should be interesting. Good post on Teamwork and how we are working as a team. Where's the Proof ? People talk about working as a team Where's the Proof?? I WANT PROOF!!!!! OK THE PROOF IS Way Back when i found the Mailer and approached Larry and showed him and we both decided it would sell.THe Mailer isn;t a program like MLM's out there The Mailer is a software Download. What do people want most of all they have the programs that they can pick be the millions.They want something that gets or Drives Traffic to those programs. Our Hive Team got that 1 mailer and we have sold it 11 times over. WE SOLD 3 MAILERS YESTERDAY As a Team we can do this we have most of online marketing for Years.I have been in Adlandpro since 2004.This i can say has been the best Team i have every been on with the few we have we have been there and done that Marketers that have been seasoning in the marketing broth. OUR RESULTS SHOW WHAT WE CAN DO IF WE STICK TO THE HIVE PLAN. Our Hive Team is being noticed.People want in,only the worker bees make through the ranks to full member.The rest fall out and fade away like many Teams/Programs.This sorts out the real marketers amongst us.We are not a Charity or a Get Rich Program. Our Beez know how to work alone and on a team and a team is 10 times better than alone.I am sure all Full members and some Temps are working for the Better if the HIVE one way or another. Payday is when in our accounts we hit the Magic Number.When we move Temps to Full Members we are sure the Temps we Move up the Ladder are and will work the HIVE team Programs.I have seen awards in adlandpro i have been a POTW way back when but in my view this silent award to be a full HIVE Bee can be the best award of all.This shows we full members trust you to share our earnings. 	Hi Everyone I have been slow getting in here to post. I have been away taking care of some personal business that was long over due. Doesn't mean I haven't been working. I had hope to have gotten to meet up with Lisa, Teddy and Larry. Being a blond I got all mess up in things. Carla I will be listening today to your show I am sure it will be awesome indeed.
