That's an average of 10 per Hive Team Member to try and get for the month of January... [1:05:44 PM] Adrian (tntess) Castle says: that is if there are at least 10 actively promoting XPMailer [1:06:22 PM] Adrian (tntess) Castle says: We could set that higher but we need to start somewhere [1:07:10 PM] Adrian (tntess) Castle says: I see 1 virtual pen going [1:07:19 PM] Adrian (tntess) Castle says: LOL [1:07:37 PM] Len Berghoef says: Good idea! Promote the link everwhere! [1:08:17 PM] Adrian (tntess) Castle says: yep thats where I think we have gone wrong is that setting of our team goal at the beginning of every month [1:09:11 PM] Adrian (tntess) Castle says: letting everyone know what we're doing and help those who need help promoting We can really do a volume of XPMailer sales and get a great payday out of it. If anyone needs help promoting Ill be available after Sunday night. God bless, Terry (aka, Adrian HMG2)

On average not everyone has the same schedual so these standards for the month are high. A promotion for xp 24/7 is doable for me since i do own a website, but for those who dont there is a little snag in that. If everyone would do his or her part in advertising the same program XP every other day lets say plus promoting the other hive products that are set for each hive groups to promote as per usual then we will see these rates rise , at the end of Febuary lets say we check the stats on the xp, then we can make that desicion. If we expect high standards we will fail, if we set a goal from the outcome of whatever volume is there at the end of the month we raise our standards- hence we evolve into an unshakabe team of Bees and so our income grows. I agree Thomas. We need to set the goal low and work on reaching that goal first then when we attain it we can be more proud of ourselves than if we set it too high and fail. With ten members actively promoting we should be able to sell at least five a month and more if we all work hard, but that's the key. We've got some who are working full time jobs who aren't able to promote heavily, and some who could really use some training in how and where to promote. It seems that when there is one method of promotion being used at any given time, everyone wants to use that one method instead of utilizing everything we have available. When something new comes along everyone wants to do that and we seem to forget the other methods altogether. I think that we should split the team up into smaller teams, like a buddy system. Have two or three using safelist marketing methods, two or three using submitters and blasters, and two or three using traffic exchanges. We also need to start recruiting new hive members again and build the hive back up. We have some strong leaders here who can help to get this organized if we all pull together. It's going to take some work but we're not afraid of that are we? I think if we pull together as the great team we are we can make it happen again like it used to. Becky
DID YOU KNOW? The U.S. Social Security Board reports that 85 out of 100 Americans reaching age 65 don't possess as much as $250. And only 2% are self-sustaining (the rest dependent on family, church, or the government)! Want to know what the "2-percenters" know that you don't? www.sfi4.com/11579740/FREE

OK I agree with Becky,

Some of us are better at certain types of advertising. Even though we should
try to use every resource available, some are surfers and some do the blog thing
and so on.

I like safe lists myself. I feel that if we break up into smaller groups (good idea)
that each of us can advertise the way we like and know best. I'm not saying don't
use all avenues just put the most effort into what you like or are good at.

I have XP banners flying all over. Also XP letters and Hive letters sent out on MMACO lists daily.  XP also gets sent out on blasters on occasion.

On another note: I just yesterday saw my first ad for the XP mailer in a ad exchange.

I know that I don't use the chat like I should, but am I missing something here?
I have not yet seen any hive ads anywhere. When I do surf I must be surfing with the wrong exchanges. I try to ues the top 10 in Traffic Hoopla. Somebody please
let me know who's who in the pew here and tell me what TE that are being used.

OK enough. This is the longest post ever by me in any forum. I don't do posts.

Last but least. A BIG and sorry, late welcome to Steve. I'm sure you will enjoy
this group of marketers. Unlike me many really know their stuff.

Hello Beez

Terry,Thomas R and Becky and Thomas H.did point out that we should get back to posting those XP ads.
We have just sold 3 and it's still a good seller.
