I agree Thomas.
We need to set the goal low and work on reaching that goal first then when we attain it we can be more proud of ourselves than if we set it too high and fail.
With ten members actively promoting we should be able to sell at least five a month and more if we all work hard, but that's the key. We've got some who are working full time jobs who aren't able to promote heavily, and some who could really use some training in how and where to promote.
It seems that when there is one method of promotion being used at any given time, everyone wants to use that one method instead of utilizing everything we have available. When something new comes along everyone wants to do that and we seem to forget the other methods altogether.
I think that we should split the team up into smaller teams, like a buddy system. Have two or three using safelist marketing methods, two or three using submitters and blasters, and two or three using traffic exchanges.
We also need to start recruiting new hive members again and build the hive back up. We have some strong leaders here who can help to get this organized if we all pull together. It's going to take some work but we're not afraid of that are we? I think if we pull together as the great team we are we can make it happen again like it used to.
