	Thank you all for joining and supporting us on this. Everyone will be upgraded to gold who joins from The Hive and once we get all the hive members who are going to help us test the site in I'll start being able to relax some. I'm taking the time to upgrade each one individually now so please give me time to get it done. If you haven't received your upgrade within 24 hours please let me know. I don't want to miss anyone. I'm working on setting up processors now and it's a real big job, and the programmers mother in law had a heart attack so he's not going to be available for help for a couple of days, so I'm going to have to wait on him. I tried to get it done myself but caused an error so I'm going to leave it alone til he gets back. I just made a banner for promoting but I would rather you didn't go full force into that just yet until everything is in place. All I need you to do is perform a few little tasks like setting up an ebusiness card for yourself and your business. You will also be getting credits for reading admin emails and reporting sites that break frames so be on the lookout for them. I've got a lot of work to do so I may not be as active in the forum and skype, but I'm still around if you need me and you can always e-mail me if you run into any bumps. Just have fun with it and do what you can do. Click the buttons and let me know if you have problems. By the way, the safelists aren't working yet, so once the programmer comes back I'll see about how to fix it. Becky

	HI Becky and the Bees.. lol.. sounds like a rock band.. ha ha ha.. anyway, Yes, Den Den sent me my specific url and I'm looking forward to getting things set up. I know you have a ton of work ahead of you and things I couldnt even imagine knowing how to do so I'm glad you have the ability to get the needed tasks done. I will say a prayer for your programmer's family and for a speedy recovery. Just wanted to stop here and write that all of us are looking forward to the growth of the HIVE team as we work to earn and learn in the coming year. Thanks so much for the update! LEE SMITH

	Thanks Becky for the update... and for all the hard work you have put into TangiSurf.com so far. I think it will be a huge success! If we all do our part in promoting this it will be. I also recieved a referral link from Dennis. Today we are getting what we call "Lake effect snow" from Lake Michigan. We could get up to 15 inches today! Yikes!
