	Hello Beez You May Or May not know that if you view the Main Forum page we have dumped some hive programs.We are Cleaning the Hive. Now Next on the list is Who's doing there part and who isn't.I've been told that some hivers are not promoting Hive Programs and It shows in the No Traffic and No Profits on these programs.So i have checked back in the forum to see who's posting reguraly ans who's not. Where i was Not able to post in adlandpro i have seen a few of you step up to the plate to keep activity alive in the Hive. Thomas R. Teresa Becky Sue Len Were Most Active many thanks Now Becky wrote a great Recruiting Post and what she says is the way we do things.We have Funds but we will not pay Hive Members to pop in and view the forum and never help in any other way.I have sent out Payments to High active Members Only.To get pack in the Hive main Stream you must post what you've been doing to help promote Hive Programs.It always shows in the Traffic Stats. As i said we are cleaning the Hive of Programs i have taken off the list inactive members.We see no sence paying inactive Hive Members. It's simple Your In or Your Out.I know you all have other duties and programs that might take the Lead in your Marketing Agenda.We wish you well.Those of you that really want to see OURHIVETEAM suceed Then start posting those Hive Ads to help Build our Team. 	Dennis, A warm and hearty welcome back to you. I am sure that I speak for most everyone in the hive when I say, we reallymissed you. As for housecleaning, I think that that is a good thing. We have been focused on a wide variety of things and I think this will help us to grow our $$$ and our Hive membership faster. Now that I have a good recruitment letter to model, I will start to blast that out to all the different safelists I am on. To our success, David
