I did set you up with unlimited campaigns Dennis so anytime when your mother board happens to locate your computer lol, you can sign up as an affiliate, Donald i gave you unlimited campaign's as well just need an affiliate sign up from you if your interested, you guys don't have to? but its worth it. And believe me when i say i am not losing money from this, you guys are my close friends and the only ones i am doing this for, with the exception of some who don't have enough to support then i will help them out as well. You hit the nail on the head Dennis when you said they have to follow instructions.

So far there are some who are promoting with safelists and some are promoting with traffic exchanges and some are using search engine submitters, but we really need to have all of these things being used by everyone.

Here's a fairly easy way to do this without taking a lot of time out of your schedule and you'll get it all done in about an hour per day if you do this right.

Using a tabbed browser, you can set all your safelists, submitters, traffic exchanges up as groups and open them all at once. Then surf for at least 15 minutes or so on several TEs, then open your safelists and send to at least 3 or four, then your search engine submitters...etc...

Get all your ducks in a row and have your ads set up on notepads, your urls, and whatever else you're sending out ready to go before you even open your browser. Stay off skype or other instant messengers and chats until after your advertising is done for the day.

Bad habits can be broken and good habits can be formed. It just takes practice.

One solid hour of concentrated energy is better than 8 hours of scattered energy.

Focus on what needs to be done first and then you'll have time to play the rest the time.

I know there are some who are already doing this, but this is for those who are just spending all day posting and chatting. It won't get anything done and you'll find the whole day is gone and you haven't accomplished much of anything. So put the chatting off for one hour and you'll see a major difference in the new signups and the cashflow.

     Its not just scattered energy.  The source of the problem lies where help isn't there when asked for.  Where is the team when some one needs a team member?  I've run up against this myself and I'm not going there with the specifics.  Our newest members have asked for help in many ways.  No wonder people are running what they can the Safelists or the Te's or whatever surfing they do on their own.  LarLar has been gone for a long time and is desperately needed here.  A few of us have had to go to work full time.  Thomas is here and offered his help over and over to all of us, which is barely THE Team.

     Yes, the things you've mentioned are great Becky, to everyone that needs theeir ducks in a row, listen to Becky.  I think there's a great bit of wisdom in her post. 

     We all need to realize that we're not islands and maybe we need to reach out to one another more.  If there's chat in the Hive chat room I'd rather seee that than see it like a morgue.  Obviously, if there excessive chat maybe there's an underlying problem causing the chat to occur.  We can't go without the chat it's where problems get worked out through communicating.  We as members can not shut some of us up so we don't speak out.  Everyone is different and not everyone has the same way of working out what they ae going through.  A many of us use pm instead of airing personal things in the Hive Team chat but Lordie please don't confuse the chat there with no action in the honeycomb.  I never did like it for someone to tell me in essence to shut up.  We cannot measure the amount of work someone gets done in a day in the Hive Team.  All I know is Dennis sales are way up on the XP Mailer.  I'd like to see that heard more than the chat room being attacked for being what it is supposed to be a place for chat.  A lot of us multitask.  It's in our nature.  So I'm not directing my words at anyone I'm just responding to what I hear.  If you don't want to read through the Hive Team Chat everyday and think nothings gettting done there because of the commaraderie thats there then either read or don't read it.  Really there's more of reaching out that can be done.  I'm still  only hitting the tip of the ice berg with a new member that is with us, that needs to start posting in the ALP.  Maybe y'all think I'm oversensitive but I think we need to think about each other more than we have and don't take advantage of the fact that we're here.  I think that we all play a part in the Hive and I'm proud of everyone that does post in the ALP every day or when they do they bring a little to all of us. 

     Sorry if some of you think this is a lot of wind and long.  Maybe everyone should start thinking more TEAM and less ME.
