	Hey there Thomas, I'm having similar problems now with Solid Trust Pay. Went thru the lost password link and still haven't recieved an answer from them. Not going into spam file as I already have an account with them and already verified. still have a few minutes on their time frame tho. Steven Reid

	_{Ok great Steven, if your already verified, thats what we want. Now yesterday and earlier today STP had some upgrades to do, perhaps it'll take some time to knock the kinks out of it, some sites who do that, Adlandpro for one have a glitch that isnt recognized yet by the main server, so the tech guys would have to go back in and reset. Perhaps sending a ticket to them and letting them know of this will help in some cases.}

	If your email is yahoo or hotmail, that could be the reason and also some isp email accounts have been blacklisted. So they won't get through the spam filters. Your best bet is to use gmail if possible, then if you don't get a response it's the stp account. Becky
