I took 2 Temps off the Hive list For inactive in the Forum and elsewhere.
We have desided to not place the Temps on www.ourhiveteam.com We will only Place Full Members Profiles on the Website.

Where i will not be as active as i have been.I'll be working till fall.
We have desided to do a Change in the HiveManagement Dept.

First Manager Larry
Second Manager Becky

Larry and Becky will select New Managers for Help
Some Temps will Move to Full.That will be voted on.
I will be online daily but not all day long like i have been.
All Beez Help in anyway you Can to Help the Managers and the Team.
Be active in this forum .Keep Up to Date with what we are doing.
Inactivity for Temps or Full Members Leads to Your Name be taken off the memberes list and share list as well.As you can see it has to be done this way to Keep the team alive.We have bent over backwards and asked for activity from the members.Only some are Team Players and Stick with the Team.This will all be sorted out and Make the Team stronger in the end even if we end up with less and there are a working Lesser Number.

HI HIVE TEAM!  - just wanted you to know that thanks to our continuing Skype we all have the opportunity to keep the HIVE team going through current expectations.. One of which is your ability to get to this thread and post what you're doing to help the team. 

Bringing in the new people obviously means they need to know what is expected.. I can only imagine how we'd all be without the skyping to keep us up to date.

First off Hive members will be asked to take manager spots in the Hive:

We will be taking more inactives off the Hive members list.

I am not going to be as active as before so that is the reason for doing this.If members don't even post in the Forum i'm sure there not out there helping by posting ads.

It has come to my attention that this is what is happening and i can see by the stats  it must be true.

Our true workers will Be not carry dead weight members as they have been.

We have made last Hive Share payment till this is all sorted out.

If your name is not on the list that means you were taken off as inactive/no Team  interst and we wish you the best working alone.

Every Bee either  does there part for the team or it will not succeed it's up to you or we find people that will Help the team so the Team will help you.

Update 2

The Hive Team is not a dumping ground for people that want us to join there programs.The hive team is not a place to make friends and drag them off to new programs.

The Hive Team will not join and pay fees to join programs.We are a Marketing Team  that will being Traffic to Programs that either 1 of the members donate or the program owner offers the team a paid account as a donation to the team.

The Hive Team will invest funds in the investments chosed by the managers to be placed in the shares for the full members only.

Temp members must agree they have to show that they are Team players and will work to improve the team long term.We do not want program bouncers on the team to be added than taken off the team list.

We may be looking for invite only for the team to insure members that are marketers and not just here for all fun and no work.

Thanks for the updates there Den, im sure will all take note of these and make it into a great team build as it has thus far with the members and our hive managers Larry and Becky. God_bless you. Keep up the good work guys, traffic, ads and groups, make sure you use everyone one of the links we give you to promote, in your yahoo groups or msn? post one ad each everyday.
