Suffer The Children

Suffer the children to come unto me.
While their young lives from bad habits are free.
When they grow older, sins chords bind them tight.
It makes it much harder to set them aright.
Fight the fight early if you want to win,
To keep the young children from Satan and sin.
Temptation is strong and lurks everywhere.
Seeking to trap them in its deadly snare.
So teach them the scriptures each day of the week.
When they are older God’s Word they will seek.
Keeping these young ones from sin’s fatal snare,
By teaching them early the Bible with prayer.
