Dear Beryl,
I had no idea what you were going through. I will pray for you and your little ones. May God give you His peace.
PEACE IN THE MIDST OF TRIALS
For Mrs. Billy Ann Gray By Dean Beaty 8/25/04
So many things we do not know.
The why of trials through which we go.
And yet to Thee, all things are known.
Someday to me, they will be shown.
Upon Thy palms you’ve scribed my name.
You don’t forget, dust is my frame.
Your loving heart sees to my care
Giving no more than I can bare.
I turn my face unto the wall,
For this alone, on Thee I call.
The strength to trust Thee as I should.
To know all things work out for good.
I dare not ask my life prolong.
Outside Thy will, it would be wrong.
But this one thing Thou givest me.
I have Thy peace, till I’m with Thee
Billy Ann is very ill with OCD. She was our pastor's wife for 10 years.
Billie Ann is still with us but Pastor Gray and Billie Ann are retired.
We miss this godly lady who gave so much. Even though your
situation is very different maybe this poem written to her will
give you comfort. May the "God of all comfort" give you His
comfort.
