Hi Shirley,

I am trying a new supplement that has glucosamine and chrondroitin, plus several other natural ingredients. I am hoping it will help the fibromyalgia pain. I tried shark cartilage, but it made no noticeable difference. I tried glucosamine and chrondroitin without added ingredients and it made no noteable difference for me. Perhaps with the additional ingredients it will help.

Stretching is always important to keep our muscles from tightening up. When I go to the massage therapist she does a lot of muscle stretching.
