Kathy, First try off your link with IE7: nothing. 2 or 3 more, nothing. Then put link in Firefox, extremely slow, but finally filled in. Back to IE7: It came up, again with Firefox, it came up quickly. I think it needs something, but not sure what to advise. A friend here on this forum, Philippe may have the answer, he's way ahead of me! Good luck!
