WOW what a great community.. thank you, all of you.  Today I met with my attorney and we discussed getting the Federal Trademark on the name and logo.  I plan on setting that into motion.  Once I have confirmation of this, I think I'll be ready to, again, move forward.

This coming Monday, at about 3pm Eastern time, I am meeting with my potential customer... this is for the second time.

If all goes well, I should hear something within 2 to 3 weeks or so.  Once production is underway (again thinking positively), I would welcome those emailed petitions.  .. yes, I will keep you all posted.  I would welcome the opportunity to talk about the result of my actually getting there being contributed by my fellow AdlandPro members.

This is all very exciting stuff.  If it pans out I have many of you to thank.
