So True work doesn't kill us.You to to the Gyms and see how hard these people work out.And they pay to work out.Prisoners in the Penitentaries come out in better shape  than when they went in  all  pumping iron plus they've already been caught so there worries are over.I've always had killer hard jobs and at 55 i can still outwork many younger fellows.The  worry part of my life has passed me by.At 40 Years old i desided to not worry anymore.To  commit  to this a person has to look at it like loosing weight  or quitting smoking. Do it cold Turkys say to yourself F__kit i'm not going to worry over anything any more.Live be the F__kit Plan and stick to it.It's a way healthier life your brain keeps sending this message to your nervious system and finaly you feel better.Al those worries vanish then you can do what ever you want after that.Your Body will get healthier you'll have the will power to say loose weight you'll see yourself as a different person.You'll age well.You'll feel like you went back on the past feeling years younger.It worked for me.
