You would need to be a Team Captain to earn the 5 levels of commissions, that's $50 monthly.  Your cost will be covered when you sign up 2 Captains on your first level.  You earn $25 monthly for each Captain on your first level and $2 monthly for everyone on levels 2 thru 5.
