Hi Kathy, Interesting topic! In most of the occasions, I am "invisible" in a group. That's the way I like to be. However, most people work with me love to be with me. In some of the case, I came out to be leader of the group when they were in need. My point is most people, if not all have charisma. The question is how they want to position themselves in a group. Just wanted to tell you that I have been thinking today about this forum and...do not have anything to add. All posts are great, it is almost nothing to debate about.Hope that tomorrow or any other day, when I'll be ready to read all posts(the whole forum)I won't have to sit here and read 10 pages down till my eyes "fell out". Actually , if the forum would be THAT deep would be great, would mean that people have something to say, that's always good sign, isn't it?Recently, I am spending most of my time reading forums, very exiting (!)People at adland are opening TOO many forums, I think. When do you people work? how do you keep up with daily routine? It takes me almost untill supper to read forums I have been invited to, and I do not work, only sometimes I am active in kitchen...cooking and stuff.So I wonder,if I am only one who thought about this.However, reading forums put up by you Kathy or Dave Young or Claude Gagne is pure pleasure, but is time consuming...no complains!just an observation. The question is,What makes the person to have that 'X' factor? Looks? Charms? Physical appearance? They're totally 'at home' in their own skin. It appears that they have 'the answers' and they're completely authentic. Not an ounce of being anyone other than 'themselves'. They are so sure of 'their place' in the world that they have all their attention on those around them. They listen and pay total attention to the person with whom they're in conversation. They are interested rather than interesting! All this is regardless of any element of their physical appearance.
