Much good advice. I have always been a goal setter and acheiver. Its like a habit you have to establish. Start by setting small goals that are easily acheivable then you will grow into setting bigger ones and more long term ones. You gain the confidence by acheiving the small ones. I even have my 10 yr old and 7 yr old daughters setting small goals for themselves now.They are so confident when they reach their goal and it brings us closer to work toward them together.
