It took me a while to figure it out myself but now it is so easy.

Just click the YouTube Icon  after you have found the video you want,

The url will be long like this http://youtube.com/watch?v=yygjwDAijVE you do not place this long url in the window.

You do however use the information after the = sign.  In the example above you will place this yygjwDAijVE in the YouTube box.  That is all you need for videos on your posts.
