Hi Luella,

I have heard of freezer slaw but have never had a recipe...until now!

I will have to try it in a smaller quantity for myself, as my husband doesn't eat much vegetables.

Thanks for sharing.

Here is a cole slaw recipe I make:

one package shredded cabbage for slaw

in a separate bowl, mix a little real mayonnaise, a dab of mustard, a few shakes of rice vinegar, and mix well.

Add the sauce to the shredded cabbage and mix well. Chill.

As you see, I do not measure for this recipe. I just use the ingredients to taste, so you can add more or less of each to what combination you like. The mayo will dry out a little, so I start out with a little bit more than I think I need.
