OK Chuck, you hit on a very sensitive subject there!!!  They should rollover - I do agree. 

Sometimes I use all 4000 and need many more, and other months - like last month when I was away a lot - I didn't us a one!!

Anger - no - that's not my style - I get passionate though - especially when it comes to things I am PAYING FOR!! 

My minutes rollover on my phone - what the heck is the difference?  Sometimes I use them all and have to borrow from the rollover pool and other months I don't use the phone that much and get new rollover - the credits should work the same!

Are we talking behind Bogdan's back, or has anyone actually approached him about it?

OK - I have vented!!  Let me know if you make any progress!!

Hey Judy! Thanks for response... I haven't approached Bogdan about this, recently I did the questionair how ALP might be improved.  Wish I thought of this sooner.  And I would have included this.  Oh well, if this is our only problem, we're not hurting! STAY WARM, ALL THE BEST!!!
