	!!! CONGRATULATIONS !!! Hello Beef! I am happy to be late in finding your POTW forum. I love to read all the exchanges of goodness that friends share with each other. It is the perpetual wheel of love. Very much enjoyed reading your bio. I too lived near and in Greeley when I was a kid. We lived just down the road from the old university's football field. My brothers and I were daily hunters for the crawdads in the big cannal (when it was empty of water LOL!!! ). It was a fun place as a young boy. Congratulations again and thanks for bringing in the New Year with a lot of goodness. Joe

	Hi Jim, Thanks for all the kind words…boy howdy! I am finding it hard to find the words I want. There is so much I would like to say just don’t know how to say it right now. As you know I believe that all things happen for a reason and always for a good reason. Even if at the time the situation may seem like a tragedy or disaster… once you can step away and look back you will find the good form that. I said that to say this; When I first met you casually about a year ago I knew then I wanted you on our team. It just did not happen then… Then as time went on as we focused on our tasks at hand never giving it a thought of our first encounter. Our paths crossed again… Like a ray of sunshine you beamed in and warmed us all with your HillBilly (RedNeck) Charm. And all I can say is WATCH OUT WORLD!
