Dear Georgios, I remember seeing a television drama adaptation of the Little Match Girl, when I was about 13 years old. I cried and cried and cried. I was crying for not just her, but all the forgotten children like her. My Christmas that year was dampened rather by my reaction to this story. Every Christmas since (and that was many moons ago that I was 13) I've thought about the Little Match Girl and what she represents in our sometimes cruel world. This year, thanks to you, Georgios, I have been able to help with my Ubiee contributions. I also tried to help in a spiritual way. I hope you don't mind me putting the link to my forum thread here. It is very connected to your theme here: What does Christmas mean to you and Les Enfants Oubliés?From my heart, I ask that everyone spare at least one minute for the forgotten children, sending them our love, warmth and healing light. I believe we can make a difference in a positive way in their lives, spiritually as well as in a physical way. The power of positive, loving energy and prayer is beyond our comprehension. Oh dear, I hope that doesn't seem too heavy, but you see, I really do feel strongly about all our forgotten children (for they are "our" children because they are God's children). I'm on a mission! Love, light & angel cuddles, Sarah
