Sometimes if I have a few minutes, I like to mess with the scam artists. Here's what I do. I'll send them an email like:

Thanks for your email. I have received a similar email from 6 different attorneys involving this same deceased individual. He must have had a lot of money and a lot of attorneys! Which of you to choose? It's such a difficult decision for me to make! I want to make sure that I get the best deal!

Ok. I have decided to work with these 2 attorneys; Bubba Bendover and          Rip Meoff on this transaction!

I like the ones from the sweet old ladies who are dieing of something and have been directed by God to me, because I will give her millions to a reputable charity.

I reply with the names of charities I support, and tell them to skip the middle-man (me) and donate directly.
