Who is Phil Black?

I can say Phil Black is the 7th DGOTW.  He is also one of the most hardworking people here at ALP.  He quietly makes everyone feel great on their special days and weighs in on many forum topics.

I truly ecstatic that Phil is the 7th DGOTW, number 7 is considered a lucky number and Phil attracts people by his kind and gentle ways.  So being the 7th DGOTW, was luck that Phil, brought upon himself through positive actions.

I am happy to have Phil as a friend.
