	Achi Thomas, This is indeed a great honor to be featured in the Sunday Showcase. It's also nice that it falls within the 8 days of Chanukah. Your friendship is greatly appreciated and you do what you do so well that it leaves no place for improvement. That being said I'm sure you'll only get better just like a good good wine. 	Thanks Brother Thomas for the brief write up on the nation of Israel. Congratulation Peter for being honour in this post. It is interesting to note the Bible has something to say about the founding of the nation of Isreal and many Bible scholars believes this verse is refering to that. Mat 24:32-34, Mark 13:28-29, Lk 21:29-30 32"Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. 34 I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened I have always been interested in the nation of Israel and fancinated by it's rich culture and beautiful country (though I have only seen it on pictures and films. )I hope to be able to step on the Holy land one day. As Christian we are also told to prayed for the nation of Israel Gen 12:3 says " I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse.." 2 Samuel 7:23 "And what one nation on the earth is like Your people Israel, whom God went to redeem for Himself as a people and to make a name for Himself, and to do a great thing for You and awesome things for Your land, before Your people whom You have redeemed for Yourself from Egypt, from nations and their gods?
