Hello Kathy, Thank you for the invite and for bringing up another interesting topic. Self esteem is so important. A book called Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxell Maltz is a fantastic book for practicle ways in building an adequate and honest self image. Change the image change the result. Your friend, John

Hi Kathy! For one to have a high self-esteem, they must love themself! I don't mean to be stuck on one's self, but to be able able to look at yourself in the morning and tell yourself, I am so beautiful! There is nothing I can't do! I have ran across so many people that have a low self-esteem and this will take a toll on thier emotional well being! There's my 50 cents worth of input, think I will go fix myself another cup of java lol! Bill

Hi Kathy, Great Post :-) Unfortunately, efforts to convey the significance and critical nature of self-esteem have been hampered by misconceptions and confusion over what is meant by the term “self-esteem.” I find the website "National Association for Self-Esteem" very educational http://www.self-esteem-nase.org/whatisselfesteem.shtml . Awesome job as always Kathy Thank You ,Hope you enjoy your day
