Hi Everyone,

Here is the latest update on little Elizabeth, and it is not very good news. If you have been keeping track of the updates you would have last read that Elizabeth was able to leave the hospital and go to their temporary apartment in Durham. Well, she was home for a few days, but now she is back in the hospital!

Lisa and George were hearing her breathing making a little noise and they told the doctor about it but they couldn't find anything wrong. However on their trip to the outpatient clinic on Saturday, Nov 10, she fell asleep there and then the doctors heard the noise too. They put her on oxygen and did a chest x-ray...they found fluid on her right lung. So back into the hospital she went, and now they have no idea how long they will be there again.

Elizabeth's white blood count today shows that there may be an infection somewhere in her body. She has been vomiting alot as well, and the are giving her meds to try to get rid of the excess fluids.

Needless to say we all need to be praying really hard for Lisa, George and Elizabeth. Elizabeth is a very strong and courageous little girl, but we need to ask God to heal her and to help her get through this battle. She still has a long road ahead of her...she still needs to go through radiation, which is the next step in her treatment plan.

Dear God...please lay Your healing hands upon this sweet little girl and help her through this new battle of problems she is experiencing. We know You are a loving and caring God, and with You all things are possible! Watch over Elizabeth and her parents and help them all to be strong as You do Your will. As George has said, You know Lord what their needs are more than they do, so please let their needs be met. We ask all these things from you God...please! Amen.

Please keep all the Westberry's in your thoughts and prayers, and pray that God heals little Elizabeth. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the update, and yes we must keep praying. 

Lisa, and family especially Elizabeth, you are in my thoughts and prayers for quick and definite healing for Elizabeth.  This has got to be so difficult for everyone and I will just keep praying!!

My heart goes out to Lisa, George and Elizabeth. I can only imagine

Hi Marilyn, This little one I feel is one of God's littlest angels and we have to allow her to do what she wants not what we want ok. We have to pray for her todecide what she wants to do. And pray to give the family the strength tgo carry on and recognise what this little angel wants to do. By her strength and her will of fight should be a lesson to all of us. so I am saying go Elizabeth do what it is that you want to do ,all m y love "Aunty" Helen
