Hi Kathy, You are so right. Truthfulness and honesty are an outward expression of something internal. With integrity at the core of ones being, the results of honesty and truthfulness will be obvious in our actions. The demonstration of this will be in everything that we do including our work, our relationships, and our behaviour in all of the circumstances in life. Our actions on the outside will reflect who we are on the inside. We must always do our best to be congruent. No one's perfect, but our standard must be to try to do our best in everything.
