Hello Giorgios, I hope I may partake in the discussion about the Word? I'd like to present a short answer by Abdu'l-Baha, the One Interpreter of the Bahai Writings:
"The perfections of Christ are called the Word, because all beings are in the condition of letters, and one letter has not a complete meaning, whilst the perfections of Christ have the power of the Word, because a complete meaning can be inferred from a Word. As the Reality of Christ was the manifestation of the divine perfections, therefore it was like a word. Why? Because He is the sum of perfect meanings. This is why He is called the Word."
As a Bahai I am satisfied with this.
This subject has more to it and I could tell you more, but I wish to see first if this answer, so short and concise, is received with appreciation.
Bye for now Laila
