It's about time that some one thought to honor the individual that stands at the head of this great community.

Bogdan, I've only been a member here for 21 months and during that period I've witnessed many gripes and complaints that were in most cases  ridiculous. When there was justification in the complaints you took action in the most positive manner.

It is very rare to find a leader that has all the qualities that you have. Honesty, integrity, devotion to your members, always looking out for their best interests and so much more. In short you lead by example and that too is a rare quality.

Please know that you are appreciated by many of us.

I've greatly enjoyed being here since 1998, I like saying that because it's almost 10 years now, and yesterday you posted a quote about sticking with things longer than everyone else.  You've definitely stuck with Adlandpro and developed it into a huge place, and a lot of people have stuck with you!

The majority of my traffic and sales have come from Adlandpro classifieds and ad services, I said that within my first year of using the advertising resources way back before the turn of the century and it's still true.  Even with advertising to nearly 300 Yahoo groups that have over a half-million members, my response rates from Adlandpro still outpull that.

This community is also a very strong place to network, compared to other communities I've tried.  If people can't get it going here, they just aren't putting their full focus into it.

If you asked me who the owners of other online communities are, I would have no idea!  Your personal involvement is obvious and unique to this place.
