Hi Judy, well, I shall break my silence! To anwer your question, the answer is no. You do not have to belong to It's Your Net in order to be a merchant for Mobillcash. If you should desire to become an affiliate, you could make more money if you join It's Your Net, but it is not mandatory. Happy New Year!
