I would say finding a target market,
as # 1 then follow up and building
relationships with your customers as
# 2.
Most people will not even think of
purchasing until about the 6th or 7th
notification of your service or product,
So follow up is crucial.
And building trust with your leads or
prospects is just as important, because
they will not buy or join if they do not
feel comfortable or don't even know if
you are a real person : ).
