5X8 FORCED MATRIX
Compensation Plan
The Friendswin Compensation Plan is governed by a 5X8 "Forced" matrix that is well known to network and direct marketers. For a basic definition of how this matrix works to generate commissions, click HERE.
We call this matrix the SUPER MATRIX because it is the best, simplest and most lucrative compensation structure in the business. With 488,280 positions and up to 10% commissions on sales volume produced by your downline IMRs, commissions can grow very large, very quickly. In this system, each IMR has a goal of getting 5 paid monthly subscribers to be qualified on all 8 levels. As seen on the chart below, the first paying subscriber qualifies you for commissions on levels 1 through 4. Your second paying subscriber qualifies you for payments from level 5. With 5 or more paying subscribers, you will be qualified to receive commissions from revenues generated by IMRs on all of your 8 levels.
Think about this. You as an IMR will want to sign-up 5 paying subscribers. So will your downline IMRs. For each paying subscriber, you will earn the percentage commissions generated from the level on which their sponsor resides. Even commissions from your first 4 levels alone can be substantial if everybody makes their goal.

5X8 Forced Matrix Definition
The Friendswin SUPER MATRIX consists of 8 levels of Independent Marketing Representatives (IMRs). As you introduce the opportunity to potential IMRs, and they join us with you as their sponsor, they fall under you in the matrix. This is how you create a "downline". Your downline IMRs will also be responsible for marketing Friendswin products to new paid subscribers, as well as building their own downline. So, as you add IMRs, and they add IMRs, and your downline grows. And as your downline signs-up new paid subscribers, your commissions grow.
As you can see from the chart above, the first level in this matrix consists of only 5 positions. Your first 5 sponsored IMRs fall into these positions. This is also called your "front-line". If these positions are filled with great marketers too, then your work to build your downline might essentially be done. Their efforts to get their five people will fill up your second level, which consists of 25 positions. And it continues from there, with each IMR filling their own front-line. As this happens, your levels can fill-up quickly.
With only 5 positions on your front line, signing-up additional IMRs is an interesting situation. If your front line is full, your additional IMRs fall down and are positioned in open spaces found on your second level. If those 25 positions are already full, then the matrix places them in an open space found on your third level. And so on. This is called SPILLOVER.

There are 488,280 total positions, each of which can be filled with an IMR who starts marketing Friendswin products to paying subscribers. Each subscriber who joins Friendswin and pays the monthly subscription fee is linked to their sponsoring IMR and earns commissions for you from that level. For example, if you have an IMR who sponsors a paying subscriber on your level 3, you would earn a commission of 50 cents for that subscriber (5%x$9.97) for each month he or she remains a paying subscriber.
With this, you can see that with only a couple of hundred downline IMRs, each bringing in their 5 paying subscribers, your monthly commissions can get very lucrative in a very short time.
Spillover
Since you can't fit more than 5 positions on any IMR's front-line, the matrix "forces" new IMRs into positions not filled in levels below you. This process happens on a top-down and left-to-right basis. See the graphic below. When Jane sponsors a new IMR, and since her front-line is already filled with Bill, Emily, Tom, Barb and Ed, her next IMR (#1) goes down and falls under her first open position under Barb. The same with her next (#2). And if she gets one more, since level 2 is now full, he will fall under Bill's front line (#3).
