Hi Jo, I would never open a mail with that header. The only mails you should ever recieve about virus outbreaks are sites that you KNOW that you have subscribed and requested that information.

Other than that,,Just watch for announcements here and also on snope. There are some real good sites out there to inform everyone.

I got thistoday from Del Baily. A JD member. I then checked up on it and he was right. There is a outbreak now. As this virus not only affect you,,But it also automaticly mails out to whoever is in your address book on the email account. So its like a piramid building and building.
