	I'm sure your tounge is so far into your cheek that it's coming around the other side:-)) Oh well, since you've invited me to write a training manual, it would be quite thin I'm sure. The first page would have stuff on the possessive attitude creators of discussion forums have. These gorrila journalist types will wield their weapons without discreation on anybody who smacks of a hint to crossing into their territory.

	Hi Kathy, AdlandPro Community does have the best forum format, plenty of subjects to choose from and topics both business oriented and social. The biggest problem is, you have to put your name to the forum. You can have the best forum topic on the internet, however once people see who is posting the forum, they decide whether or not they want to enter. Shirley and I have both put up what I feel to be informative subjects, and we do have a lot of friends that do care, however not enough to take out a minute to post a response. "I agree with what you say", "I don't agree with what you say", "Your forum is too long", "Your forum is too short". This is a great community with a lot of great people, however the fact is that there are people that can put up a forum about any subject under the sun and get a lot of responses, while others can put up forums of great interest to all and basically get ignored. Not everyone in this community wants to find ways to make that big break that will help them retire early, not everyone wants to socialize, and not everyone wants to know how someone's health is, however everyone does want to know something about those caregories. To get people to post a forum we need to be responsive to it. We have a great number of teachers telling us what is right and what is wrong, but we have very few students. I get very few responses because I am outspoken. Basically, everything is not cut and dry. Perhaps if we all tried to respond to other peoples forums they just may start coming to ours. That is very unlikely however as our community has already chosen who they will support and who they will not support. So although forums are important, they are only important to the select few that people choose to support.
