There's only one thing that bugs me more than people who don't vote in real-life elections, and that is...people who don't go to the library!  If I was running the voting system in USA, I wouldn't let people register to vote until they got a library card first.  That just could bring up the intelligence level of our country.  But then again, you can't make people check out books or read them if they really don't want to.
