Hi Sarah,

Glad to see you back. How was your venture up north in England-town? Hope you enjoyed trhe trip and the time away. Travel always leaves me with a sense of renewal, as well as the chance to see things from a different perspective. And right now, as I am recuperating from a nasty 24-hour virus, I feel I really need one too. Oh, well!

But not much, accept to welcome you back as you were sorely missed here during your absence. May be Spring in France, but it's still winter in the 'Great Land of Kaintuck'. Snow is melting, and walking the sidewalks is a bit easier now, but the winds are still biting cold.

That's it from here. Welcome back!

Your Friend Always,

                           The Benster!

Thank you Benster!

Had a great time, thanks.

The sun is shining brightly here today.  I send you some of it's warmth to cheer you up and warm you against the bitter winds.

There is still snow on the mountains here. My hubby and son went skiing last weekend, and I could see the snow on the mountains, in the distance, when I drove to Pamiers yesterday.  That's how I like to see it, in the distance!!

I'm not a snow person! I get cold very quickly!

Thank you for the welcome back and thank you for your new social network.

I encourage you folks who are interested in taking care of Mother Earth to go along to Benton's EarthActive.

Sarah this must be a mental typo-you don't have any "used to be" friends you silly goose!
Your beauty and grace and the presentation of such reflective garden scenes inspire.
I just said to my daughter yesterday, I have to go find Sarah and ask her! The question she asked was what happened to the son of Jane and Henry VIII?
She just finished reading "The Other Boleyn Girl".

Hello Joyce!

I declare myself a little lost!

Goodness, what lovely words (not referring to the "silly goose" of course, LOL).

Henry and Jane's son became King Edward VI when he was 9 years old.

Jane died 12 days after his birth due to the surgery she had to give him life.

I believe it was then that Henry declared Mary and Elizabeth illegitimate!

There is a very good write up about him here, if you are interested in history (like me).

How is your garden project coming along?

Thank you for visiting again.

Thank you dear! That is a good one-those folks were quite dramatic.
The side yard garden is a mess! people driving in places where they shouldn't and debris from my next door neighbor repairing his house; so I went into the front yard and it is coming along nicely except that its' still quite chilly out and I have found that running out there begging the flowers to pop out doesn't work-they want to wait til its warmer too.
I may have gotten all of the contraptions to work together that will make what I snap pictures of actually come off the camera and into the computer so I can show you when they decide they are ready to bloom:)
