Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:
1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.
2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.
3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.
4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example
5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work
So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. Here is DONNA'S bio;
My name is Donna Zuehl. I was born and raised in northern Wisconsin. After graduating from high school, I attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for three years, then got married.
While my husband finished his degree, I worked to support us. Our first child, Scott was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My husband was then sent to Wilkes-Barre, PA. as a lieutenant in the Army. Our second child, Jay, was born there.
When my husband, Ron, completed his military service, we moved to Indiana. I returned to college at Butler University in Indianapolis. After three years of part-time study, I completed my degree.
While our children were pre-schoolers, I was a stay-at-home mom. After they started school, we were living in Crawfordsville, Indiana. I worked as a welfare caseworker for three years. My husband changed jobs. We moved to Beloit, Wisconsin for one year. I worked as a teacher's aide in a class for handicapped children. Then we moved to Logansport, Indiana, where we have resided for close to 30 years.
I worked as a rehabilitation therapist at our local state psychiatric hospital for 24 years and 8 months. I provided constructive activities for the patients, plus was a member of the treatment team. Four years ago, I took early retirement.
I joined Adland and a few internet programs. Some did not work very well so I discontinued my membership. Now I have some affiliate websites but no website of my own...yet. I have found Adland friends to be friendly, helpful, and interesting. The forums are plentiful, with something for everyone.
My special area of interest is health topics. I have two forums. One forum is on fibromyalgia, which is something I cope with every day. My other forum is on general health topics. Please check them out and add your comments. We can all be of benefit to someone by sharing our knowledge and experience.
