Hi Tom,
Changing our outward demeanor takes a lot longer than changing inward.
You had a good example there about the employee at the store. I was watching Gordon Ramsey's "Kitchen Nightmares" on TV last night, and he redecorated a failing restaurant and helped them hire a new cook, but the owner was still shlumping around like he was still running a failing business. Gordon took him to a gym to get out some of his old anger and frustrations, and remind him to stand up straight and behave like a business owner. That was a good thing for him to do, to try to help redesign the person, because redeorating a restaurant and getting a new cook isn't all there is to having a successful place.
