Thanks for your time, I know it is valuable.  Peter Fogel is a personal friend of mine.  Whom I have known for a few years now. 

We have yet to meet in person, but we have spent many hours in my voice room and via Skype.  Much the same way I keep in touch with my mother, brother and my sons that live out of state.  So I believe we are close friends.
